Andrew Payne

Coach Payne’s passion is helping athletes improve their performance through targeted strength training and improving efficiency of movement.

His keen eye for small details enables athletes to achieve major improvements, whether it’s on the track, field or in the weight room. Throughout his career, Coach Payne has had the good fortune to work with many of the top names in Sports Performance.

As Director of Performance at FSP, he combines the best of many methodologies to offer a comprehensive and holistic approach. His in-depth understanding of human movement and performance has been the foundation of his success in working with local high school football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, rugby, baseball, softball, tennis, golf, water polo and swim teams, in addition to his work with NCAA athletes and current NFL players.

We were all born to move and Coach Payne has a passion for bringing out the inner athlete in clients from all walks of life as they seek to lose weight and live a healthier, fulfilling life!
